About Us

An independent tax advisory firm operating on the market for over 15 years, founded by tax advisors Leszek Gajda and Anna Biegańska in 2006

We combine international experience gained at the world's largest Big Four consulting firms with practical knowledge of tax law. We offer our clients professional tax advisory services meeting the highest quality standards while guaranteeing friendly and flexible co-operation conditions. We ensure full availability of the advisor, especially in situations requiring quick decisions.

We fill the space in the tax advisory market between the offerings of the Big Four companies and local law firms without international experience.

Anna Biegańska

Anna has been a licensed tax advisor for more than 20 years. She specialises in tax advisory and compliance services related to assignments of foreign employees (expats) to work in Poland and Polish employees to work abroad, issues concerning double taxation and regulations on coordination of social security in the EU.

At the beginning of her career, she gained professional experience at Ernst & Young in Wrocław, and since 2006 she has been providing services within Tax Concept, a company she founded together with Leszek Gajda.

She supports a great number of companies with her knowledge and many years of experience, including the largest companies on the Lower Silesian market, in particular with foreign capital.

Leszek Gajda

He has been a licensed tax advisor for over 20 years - an expert in VAT, including international issues, corporate income tax, including WHT, transfer pricing and MDR.

He gained his experience in the past for many years at Ernst & Young and PricewaterhouseCoopers, and since 2006 has been advising clients within Tax Concept, a company established together with Anna Biegańska.

He supports a great number of companies with his knowledge and many years of experience, including the largest companies on the Lower Silesian market, in particular with foreign capital.
